Twelve vehicle parking spaces and electric bike charging stations will be provided on-site, with entry from Watkins Street.

The Meadow on Seneca

The development will consist of 70 units and will target a mixed population of affordable housing with half of the units set aside for persons with serious mental illness and households experiencing chronic homelessness. All units will be affordable to households with income below 80% of Area Median Income and all supportive units will include rental assistance funded by the Empire State Supportive Housing Initiative (“ESSHI”). The building will include first floor office and amenity space, fitness room, rooftop terrace, resident services, on-site laundry, an open area main lobby with a greeting desk, utility rooms, a community room and one elevator.

The Fine Arts Building Lofts

The Fine Arts Building Lofts is the adaptive reuse of the former Hotel Cadillac eight-story building in Rochester, NY into 42-units of mixed-income, mixed-use, integrated supportive housing. 13 units of supportive housing units will be funded by the Empire State Supportive Housing Initiative (ESSHI) and will serve homeless young adults from 18-25 years old. 14 units will include artist preference in an effort to foster socioeconomic diversity. The Development will feature many amenities including an open lobby and mail room, original exposed barrel ceilings, a secure package drop, indoor bicycle and bulk locker storage, a community room with a business center / computer lab and gaming area for young adults, a pantry, and an artist studio workspace. The former hotel bar will be preserved and is approximately 733 square feet of commercial space to be rented to an art-related operator.

Playter Gardens at The Market

All units will be affordable to households with income below 60% of Area Median Income and all supportive units will include rental assistance funded by the Empire State Supportive Housing Initiative (“ESSHI”). The development will include an open lobby and mail room inspired by trauma informed design principles but driven by a modern interior design precedent, a secure package drop, indoor bicycle and bulk locker storages, a community room with a business center / computer lab and gaming area for young adults and resident service offices with design to meet the needs of the service provider partner.

The preservation and redevelopment of an existing Mitchell Lama property which includes a high-rise 13 floor building to be rehabilitated and nine existing townhouse buildings to be demolished and rebuilt to three new buildings. There are a total of 153-units, all affordable to households at or below 60% of AMI. The development will include updated central heating and cooling in the townhouses and tower, new appliances, kitchen islands, open floor concepts, neighborhood sensitive lighting and color scheme. The redevelopment will reposition Los as a transformative entranceway into the N Clinton Ave neighborhood and will create a vibrant gateway to the neighborhood.

Park Place will be located in the Crown Heights neighborhood of Brooklyn, just past the border with Prospect Heights.
Concern Logan

Court Street Apartments

This development will revitalize an existing vacant historic office and manufacturing warehouse into 111 new and high-quality affordable apartments for individuals and families who suffer from substance use challenges, severe mental illness, and homeless veterans. This project renovated three connected existing historical buildings into 80 units and build a three-story addition with an additional 31 units. The design removed the non-historically significant 1980 infill addition portion of the building and create a courtyard within the building as a common community space and permit light and air to accommodate efficient double-load corridor construction. The existing historical structure, floors, and exterior walls will be preserved. The project received historic tax credits. Project amenities include a community room, exterior recreation space in the courtyard, and a fitness center. Lounges, laundry rooms, and trash rooms are located on each floor. A community room and secure resident bulk storage will be provided within the basement, accessible by elevator.


The Riverview Apartments at Corinth

Transitional Services also intends to provide transportation via shuttle bus to planned recreational and social events, as well shopping and other resources.

As part of Governor Cuomo's Vital Brooklyn initiative, NYS Homes & Community Renewal has chosen Herkimer Gardens, a 121 unit mixed-use development with a significant emphasis on Supportive Services, to promote health and wellness for seniors in the Bedford Stuyvesant neighborhood. Federation of Organizations is both the Sponsor and the lead supportive services provider and is a leader in providing housing and daily living assistance to seniors in the NYC Metro area. In addition to housing, Herkimer Gardens will also include on-site urgent care facilities, a wellness center with physical therapy equipment, a food access assistance center, community and recreation space, a computer lounge and a variety of modern amenities designed for senior living and independence.

Catherine Street Apartments
